If you are running late, we are unable to extend your appointment time, as a courtesy to others.

There are certain packages that may require pre-payment in full and are not refundable. The packages are valid for a period of time to allow you to use them so you are able to reschedule your appointments. These packages are not transferrable to others so it’s important to understand your commitment when booking a package.
